This gorgeous Red Teddy Bear is a rare find and has been estimated to have been made around the early 1950's. He is fully jointed, with five working joints and has his original growler box - which is in full working order. RED TED'S STORY: He has his original paws, but unfortunately the feet were too badly damaged, so they have been covered with 100% wool felt to closely match the colour of his paws, keeping the old foot pads underneath. His nose & mouth had a tiny top-up of careful embroidery following the shape already there. He had a relaxing spa day where he was cleaned gently to improve the shine and quality of his fur.
Red Ted has all his fur, no missing patches and is a unique little character with a very loud growl!!
