How to help us provide an accurate estimate
To help us understand exactly what kind of care your teddy bear or soft toy requires, please try to include the following details in your message:
- The Problem: Does your toy have holes, missing eyes, or need new paw pads?
- The Fabric & Age: Is it a modern plush toy, a vintage teddy bear or a mohair teddy bear? If you're not sure, don't worry - the photos will help us.
- Approximate Size: How tall is your teddy bear or soft toy from head to toe?
- Photos are essential: Clear, well-lit pictures of the front, back, and any specific damaged areas are incredibly helpful, without them it is near impossible to help.
** Please remove any clothing from the teddy bear/toy before taking them so we can see the full extent of any damage.
Our Workshop Details
Postal & Local Drop-Off Information
- UK & Worldwide Postal Service: The vast majority of our patients arrive via our trusted, tracked postal service. We will provide full packing instructions and our secure delivery address once your booking is confirmed.
- Local Drop-Offs (Cornwall / Devon): If you live locally or are visiting Cornwall and would prefer to drop your toy off in person, you would be most welcome, but please note that our workshop operates strictly by prior appointment only.
- Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm
Saturday 10am - 4pm
Sunday CLOSED - Response Times: We aim to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours. We thank you for your patience while we are busy treating our patients!
