This vintage Poodle has been attributed to Merrythought (a world famous UK brand) dating from around the 1940's/1950's and has the older type staple joints in the legs. He is presented in a pale Biscuit shade of mohair, a rare find and a beautiful example of a Poodle Dog. He has been rescued, had a few minor repairs and is now looking for his forever home. MR POODLE'S STORY: Mr Poodle had a few tiny holes repaired with invisible stitches. His eyes were cleaned as someone had painted them in a strange pale shade of blue, which wasn't how they should be and gave him a stark, almost scary look! His fur was very flat and had a 'green/brown tinge' when we found him due to accumulation of dust, so he had a thorough clean to remove. He has lost a little bit of fur on his head on the left hand side as you can see in the photos, but other than that is in great condition for his age.
