How We Care For Your Heatable Companions
Safe Deep Cleaning & Fabric Washing: We meticulously separate the plush outer shell from the internal grain casing. This allows us to give the faux fur a deep, hygienic, matted-fur reversing wash while keeping the sensitive natural grains completely dry and safe.

Millet Grain & Lavender Refresh: If your Warmie has been accidentally overheated, has a burnt smell, or has lost its soothing aroma over time, we can completely replace the interior millet grains with fresh, premium heat-retaining grain and high-quality, organic dried lavender.

Burn & Seam Repairs: Microwave mishaps can sometimes result in small scorch marks or split seams. We offer sympathetic structural patch repairs and hand-stitched seam reinforcement to make sure your plushie is completely secure and leak-free before it goes back into the microwave.
